The Finance team at Accor Hotels is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that works closely with other departments to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Ensure proper accounting of disbursals and repayments on a periodic basis, aligning balances with our financial management system.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage data and ensure book closure for audit and monthly closures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial activities.
  • Support the treasury team with functional activities, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Assist with statutory audits and other ad-hoc requests, providing timely and accurate financial information.

Requirements

  • An educational background in commerce or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
