As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building products to help organizations train their employees and overcome their most pressing people-related problems at scale. You will work closely with our product, design, data, and content teams to build a modern learning platform with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and learners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Work with our data and analytics team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our company's technical strategy and roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for how they can be applied to our business.
- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience with both Python and Django.
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: React, PHP, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with infrastructure and cloud operations (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
