Sales Director for Brazil Capital Markets

To drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, we seek an experienced Sales Director who will manage their client portfolio, travel schedule, and maximize sales potential.
The Sales Director will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the Sales Team in Brazil. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing the client portfolio.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through partnership, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent service.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- IDENTIFYING EMERGING MARKETS AND CHANGES IN THE INDUSTRY while staying informed about new products and competitive status.
- COORDINATING WITH PRODUCTION AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS to ensure technical feasibility and project implementation.
- ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROJECTS across all Brazilian states.
- Self-managing time and travel schedule efficiently.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director with a strong track record in industrial equipment sales, specifically in capital sales and large projects. Previous experience in the animal protein recycling industry is desirable. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills at all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen and industry expertise are essential. Advanced technical knowledge in animal protein recycling processes is also required. Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary to excel in this role. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
