Digital Marketing Expert

At our agency, we're on a mission to revolutionize the advertising industry. We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and help us achieve this goal. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social media. They will be highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments. The ability to write with precision and tone, and adapt voice across channels, is essential. Strong project management instincts and experience working with analytics tools are also required.

  • We're looking for someone who can own the content calendar, plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across various platforms. This includes coordinating with design and video teams to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • You'll be responsible for deploying consistently scheduled and published organic social posts and newsletters, ensuring content is on-message and on-time.
  • Adaptability is key in this role, as you'll need to stay agile and adjust to shifting priorities and post needs without compromising quality or speed.
  • In addition, you'll coordinate the email pipeline, plan email newsletters, and drive Darkroom's email strategy in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead.

This is a full-time position operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.
