This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure elevator efficiency and safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients to prioritize their needs.
- A professional with completed high school education and technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, specifically NR10 and NR35.
- Experience in maintenance and service in elevator and escalator services is a plus.
Our ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent results. They should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
