At ArcTouch, we're seeking an experienced Senior Resource Management Analyst to spearhead our resource allocation strategy. This high-impact role encompasses the full lifecycle of resource management, from strategic forecasting to daily operational optimization.

About the Role:

  • Proactively analyze sales pipelines and committed projects to forecast future staffing requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive workforce audits to document skill sets and identify under-or over-utilization areas.
  • Provide senior leadership with key strategic advice on trade-offs between hiring full-time employees and engaging contractors to fill skills gaps.
  • Identify future skills gaps by comparing forecasted demand with current capacity, informing strategic hiring, training, and contractor engagement decisions.
  • Model 'what-if' scenarios to assess resource impact of major business events like contract wins or personnel changes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all resource requests, matching staff to projects based on skills, availability, priority, and budget.
  • Maintain the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform as the 'single source of truth' for all resource data.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as billable utilization, bench time, and forecast accuracy.
