About the Role:
Crimson Global Academy is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our mission-driven team, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their academic goals and transform into world leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with students to develop personalized education plans and drive progress through long-term roadmaps and mentoring.
- Lead the Crimson team (tutors, mentors, consultants) to ensure consistently high service quality and maintain strong track records in student outcomes.
- Develop unique selling points in your profile, such as a track record of top 30 admission results for students consistently each app cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the intricate needs of VIP/high-profile students and families, and have a deep understanding of the US university landscape.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a top 30 U.S. university.
- A passion for coaching young adults and an appreciation of intercultural exchange.
- Resilience when working independently under pressure.
- 3+ years of experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admission consulting, with at least 2 years of admissions or essay consulting experience for the undergraduate level.
