Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our data governance team, you will be responsible for the functional and technical support/maintenance of master data objects in SAP MDG, ECC, S4H, and FIORI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the current information management architecture and future model profiling.
  • Manage the design and implementation phases of SAP MDG, including technical and functional aspects.
  • Design and execute master data configurations for main catalogs governed by MDG, including data harmonization and de-duplication.
  • Generate technical requirements to ensure data replication in different instances-related modules.
  • Develop SAP product and solution roadmaps around the defined data strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand business data needs and translate them into a comprehensive solution.
  • Workplan follow-up and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in MDG implementation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP technologies related to MDG.
  • Understanding of the SAP MDG technical framework, including BADI, BAPI, RFC, FM, workflows, BRF+, business services, IDOC, Floorplan Manager, WebDynPro, Fiori, and MDG API.
  • Conducted previous SAP MDG implementations, including technical and functional phases.
  • Knowledge of SAP data dictionary tables, views, relationships, and correspondence of data architecture for ECC and S4HANA.
  • Ability to transform business and operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP best practices and ASAP methodology.
  • Effective communication and development of work teams, as well as relationship with client teams related to the project.
  • Goal-oriented and fluent in English (Advance-Native Level, oral-written).
