At our company, we're looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for analyzing complex marketing and business data to drive growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful marketing dashboards using Sigma, Google Analytics, Heap, and Looker to drive business decisions
- Analyze marketing campaigns across channels to optimize performance and allocation of resources
- Define and track key metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, Conversion Rates) to evaluate business health
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and marketing effectiveness
- Own weekly reporting processes to deliver insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Help develop and improve attribution models to better understand marketing ROI and customer journeys
- Apply structured problem-solving to complex challenges and develop data-driven solutions
- Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure quality data collection and integration
