Strategic Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in querying databases, advanced skills in building dashboards and data visualizations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau Server/Cloud;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for business stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions;
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and present findings to senior leadership;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles;
- Advanced skills in SQL querying and database management;
- Expertise in Tableau Server/Cloud for building dashboards and data visualizations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Power BI experience;
- Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse;
- Proficiency in Tableau Server for publishing dashboards;
- Strong communication and presentation skills for presenting findings to senior leadership;
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
