We are seeking a junior accounting assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in accounting principles and are looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and trial balances.
- Manage and execute spreadsheets, performing expense classification and trial balances.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in accordance with supporting documents provided by clients.
- Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in balance sheet areas assigned by senior staff members.
- Process receipt write-offs.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
