Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assess clients with hearing loss, interpreting audiometric tests and other clinical information.
- Select, recommend, and fit hearing aids (HAs) and accessories based on each client's specific needs.
- Conduct the sales process for the recommended products, aligning with commercial policies (pricing, payment terms, promotions).
- Perform fine-tuning and monitor the performance of hearing aids, ensuring adaptation and client satisfaction.
- Implement the Treatment Program, providing continuous support throughout the client's hearing journey.
- Accurately record information in the internal system, including service details, sales, and follow-ups.
- Engage with both active and inactive clients, creating new opportunities for sales and engagement.
