ICQA Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICQA Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfilment Center. They will champion safety initiatives, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure work environment for all associates.

The role requires coordination of inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency. The ICQA Operations Manager will also measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team.

Key responsibilities include conducting shift planning and forecasting, assigning and directing work, identifying root causes of inventory deviations, and implementing corrective actions. The candidate will drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives, review and analyze customer complaints, and develop comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences.

Applicants must possess strong analytical abilities, proficient mathematical and data analysis skills, and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Experience with MS Office, including advanced Excel skills, is also required.
