About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and development initiatives that enhance our effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve organizational performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and design leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our leaders.
  • Guide organizational change processes, including restructuring and cultural transformation initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor project progress and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of organizational development projects.
  • Implement process improvement governance and conduct project governance with senior management to ensure alignment with company strategies.
  • Provide tools and best practices to standardize and improve project execution across the organization.
  • Support project managers and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders from diverse departments to identify and address organizational needs.
  • Implement and oversee employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of organizational development projects, ensuring delivery within specified timelines and budget.
  • Lead, coach, and empower project teams to improve collaboration and performance, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Continuously follow up on team progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability with Excel and Power Bi.
  • Solid experience in people management, project management, and PMO.
  • Solid experience managing and developing people.
  • Interest and facility in working with data analysis.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of organizational change methodologies and leadership development practices.
  • Acting as a role model and a collaborative team player.
