Job Overview

We are seeking an expert Asset Finance Specialist to join our team.

  • Sustain and expand relationships with clients to understand their asset finance needs.
  • Provide authoritative advice on asset finance solutions, including structuring and pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

The successful candidate will possess a strong grasp of asset finance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client networks and industry events.
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new clients.
  • Asset Finance Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in asset finance.
    • Advise clients on asset finance options and structures.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and credit analysts.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in asset finance
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
