About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Embraer S.A. in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of suppliers through KPIs and establish strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions with suppliers to ensure robust solutions and timely delivery.
  • Search, select, and develop new suppliers to meet Embraer's quality requirements.
  • Perform audits and technical evaluations with suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Interface with internal areas to ensure coordinated and effective quality management.
  • Lead projects for continuous improvement focusing on quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering and registration or eligibility to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (CREA).
  • Advanced English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001) and lean manufacturing.
  • Problem-solving tools (APQP, Pareto, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with suppliers.
  • Experience in the aerospace sector.
  • International experience.
  • Knowledge of a third language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.).
Work Environment

Hybrid work model with ADM shift.
