YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here’s what a typical day may involve:
- Agile Practices. You will commence each day with a scrum meeting, collaborating with your team to clarify responsibilities, identify challenges, and prioritize coding tasks while selecting user stories for completion. Participation in additional agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demonstrations to stakeholders, is also expected.
- Software Development. Working in sprints, you will adhere to timelines and coding standards. The majority of your daily activities will focus on software development, but you will also conduct testing of your code prior to submitting it for quality assurance.
- Continuous Improvement. You will engage in sessions to collaborate with fellow developers, sharing insights and showcasing your learnings. A strong desire to learn will help you keep pace with evolving technologies and maintain the ability to create optimal tools for our clients.
- Client Support. You will be involved with products currently in operation, serving as a point of contact for urgent client issues on designated support days. You will balance your regular work activities with the need to address support requests as they arise.
TO EXCEL IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED:
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring Boot;
- Proficient in front-end technologies including React, as well as Restful APIs and web services;
- Familiarity with Oracle databases;
- Advanced proficiency in English;
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
