We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee our go-to-market (GTM) tech stack. This role will be responsible for streamlining systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow between tools, and driving smarter decision-making across sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GTM tools, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot. A strong understanding of B2B revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success is also essential.
This position involves analyzing GTM data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose actionable improvements across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack
- Serve as SFDC administrator and power user
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards to track key metrics
- Lead tool onboarding and offboarding, including vendor management and training
- Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models, ideally supporting both SLG and PLG motions
- Hands-on SFDC admin experience with workflow customization, automation, and integrations
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and connection between sales, marketing, and customer success
- Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems
- Analytical mindset: know your way around dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth
