Production Supervisor

The Production Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient organization and distribution of contract work to groups. This includes job flow management, scheduling, and provision of sufficient work to meet the needs of Vocational Training Services.
- Organize and oversee job materials, including inventory management of work stored at Via and daily tasks for instructors and participants.
- Responsible for training instructors on completing jobs accurately and checking daily progress throughout Vocational Training Services groups.
- Maintain up-to-date job description books for use by instructors.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of contract work materials.
- Ensure accurate completion of work product when work orders arrive at Via.
- Oversee scheduling of contract work for the Vocational Training Services department work sections.
- Monitor quality completion of work prior to shipment to customers.
- Ensure quality management for instructors and participants.
This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities.
