We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our North American client's engineering team in Brazil.
This is a full-time remote role that involves elevating customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.
As a seasoned developer, you'll focus on building automation-first solutions to support our client's growing customer base.
Key responsibilities include developing and providing support for existing agents and applications, as well as participating in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications• Expertise in full-stack development with a focus on automation-first solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed teams.
