A key account manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, including exclusive and non-exclusive distributors located in various regions.
- Manage key accounts, including distributors in São Bernardo do Campo, Sumaré, Capivari, Avaré, Itu, and São Paulo.
- Work closely with sales teams at distributors, with a strong focus on field work, supporting strategies for sell-out.
- Develop business plans in conjunction with partners, focusing on performance, profitability, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose actions for sustainable growth in the region.
- Collaborate with internal areas such as marketing, customer service, and supply chain to ensure operational excellence.
This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, commercial articulation, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in distributor management and consultative sales. Additionally, they should be available for frequent travel during the week and hold an active driver's license.
