Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Center Analyst. This role involves working with Unix/Linux systems, managing infrastructure, and providing technical support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage. Additionally, they should be certified on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing data center operations, including health checks, user management, virtual machine creation/deletion, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Providing technical support for users regarding software, application, and information system usage.
  • Identifying and reporting critical problems that impact the technological environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with Unix/Linux systems, including RedHat/Suse, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, Backup Veeam/CommVault.
  • Certification on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
