Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Pranatree LLC is a fast-growing global tech services company with operations in the US, Dubai, and India. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Java, Python, Django, and API development, based in a Portuguese-speaking country in Latin America.

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer at Pranatree LLC, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and improving our web-based applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, focusing on scalable and secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using React for the front-end and Java, Python, Django for the back-end
  • Build and integrate robust APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Perform code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and adhere to best practices for security and performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, and propose innovative solutions to enhance development processes
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, working with modern frameworks and languages
  • Proficiency in React for front-end development and Java, Python, Django for back-end development
  • Strong experience with API design and development
  • Solid understanding of database management and data structures
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global teams in different time zones
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality code under deadlines
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
