Senior UX Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) designer to join our team.

Doit Security is driving cloud adoption and digital transformation across industries. Our goal is to support companies in shaping the emerging SASE category. As a UX designer, you will be working on complex software projects with small to medium-sized teams, gaining experience in transactional or enterprise environments.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify key success criteria for ventures or goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze user research, UX, UI, or wireframe audit findings to recognize noteworthy trends, providing actionable insights to drive design decisions.
• Provide recommendations to clients or internal teams based on your analysis, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Create engaging maps or matrices to visualize opportunities, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
• Design detailed sitemaps, wireframes, and process flows for expansive solutions, taking into account user needs and business requirements.
• Develop thorough, annotated wireframes showcasing components on distinct screen types, adhering to industry standards.
• Presentation of concepts and deliverables to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating your vision.
• Coordinate and manage multiple work streams or projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Oversee task flow, behavior, interaction design, and navigation design, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Demonstrate expertise in information architecture and interaction design to support client work, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Conceptualize and prototype ideas for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
• Establish UX, UI, or wireframe strategies, create customer scenarios, conduct journey mapping, and collaborate with others to build personas, leveraging diverse perspectives.
• Partner with clients, consumer insights, analytics/data science, and clients to inform UX, UI, or wireframe design decisions and establish success measures & KPIs, aligning with business goals.
• Participate actively in cross-disciplinary ideation and client co-creation sessions, fostering innovation and creativity.
• Explain the approach's justification in terms of user and corporate needs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop procedures and products that meet project needs and restrictions, applying practical problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to establishing scalable frameworks and guidelines for user experience, such as product illustrations, style manuals, rules for composing user experiences, and documentation of our design system and standards.

• 3+ years of experience working on complex software projects with small to medium-sized teams, transactional or enterprise experiences, having developed a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Able to direct and facilitate design sessions with groups of people and clients, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with estimating and scoping UX, UI, and wireframe work, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach and process, organized thinking, emotive storytelling, and design solutions based on user and business insights, highlighting achievements and impact.
