We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Officer Lead to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary

The Transformation Officer Lead will be responsible for supporting various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, governance, and routine operations within our organization.

This role will lead projects in 1P (Fashion Local Production) and 3P (Marketplace), structuring complex problems, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, and presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Problem Structuring and Analysis
  • Framing complex problems in a structured way
  • Breaking down problems into hypotheses and analyses
  • Conducting analyses (quantitative and qualitative), identifying second-order insights, and determining the implications
  • Recommending actions based on analysis results and following up on outcomes
Communication and Presentation
  • Developing structured and clear verbal and written communication in presentations
  • Actively listening and learning to create a comprehensive understanding of the organization
Project Management
  • Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from initiation to completion
  • Developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals and objectives
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Developing and delivering clear and concise project status reports to key stakeholders
  • Facilitating regular project review meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and solicit feedback
Stakeholder Management
  • Working closely with multiple key stakeholders in a multicultural environment, leading and managing high-stake projects that are vital for the growth and sustainability of the organization
People Management
  • Supporting the Transformation Office team in decision-making, XFN teamwork, and encouraging idea generation
  • Mentoring and developing team members, providing opportunities for growth and skill development to unlock their full potential
  • Adapting to change, guiding the team through transitions and challenges with flexibility and resilience
  • Empowering team members by delegating tasks effectively, providing guidance and support, promoting trust and accountability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Consulting, with a strong interest in e-commerce and the fashion industry
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • A strong project business management skillset, including hypothesis-led problem-solving, framing, and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business-related fields (Management, Finance, Economics, etc.) or Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • MBA is a plus
