About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Implementation Consultancy Architect, where you will play a key role in delivering successful projects for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience managing complex customer requirements and expectations, and a strong academic background in technology or a scientific field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of successful ARIC implementation projects, including helping customers prepare for each stage of the deployment lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to improve project delivery, such as holding additional workshops, demos, and training sessions.
  • Take the lead on internal and customer meetings, handling questions confidently and supporting key project decisions.
  • Manage and govern customer environment and installation readiness processes, as well as user interface configuration and design.
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer for our customers through workshops and meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience working alongside a commercial or technical team, or experience working client-side at a bank or payments company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, with good presentation skills.
  • Strong academic background in technology or a scientific field.
  • Interest in the fraud and financial crime domain, as well as detection strategies.
  • Technical awareness of infrastructure and operating systems, cloud computing, data types, and database technologies.
  • Experience leading integration and user acceptance testing, as well as defect management.

This is a hybrid position, with expectation of days in office confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
