About the Role

v37 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of innovative web applications. As a key member of our team, you will work across both the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration and top-notch performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontend Development: Develop interactive web applications using React with TypeScript. Optimize builds and workflows with Vite. Manage state and routing with TanStack Router and TanStack Query. Design responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui.
  • Backend Development: Architect server-side logic with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. Build APIs using tRPC for type-safe communication. Design databases with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM. Implement caching strategies with Redis.
  • Subscription & Billing: Manage subscription plans and payments using Chargebee.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy and scale applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Utilize Docker for containerization and streamline CI/CD pipelines. Monitor application performance with Sentry. Handle file storage using Cloudflare R2 or AWS S3.
  • Data Management: Integrate and manage datasets with Airtable.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy. Ensure security and compliance with industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Proven track record in delivering scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Vite. Experience with tRPC, Redis, Docker, Sentry, Cloudflare R2/AWS S3, Chargebee, Airtable, and WorkOS.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Leadership qualities with experience mentoring developers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses or SaaS product development.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless functions.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and load testing.
Compensation

We offer competitive salaries adjusted for cost of living and local market rates. Below are the indicative salary ranges for different regions:

  • Western Europe (e.g. Italy, Spain, Portugal): $35,000 - $50,000 USD per year
  • Eastern Europe: $25,000 - $40,000 USD per year
  • Latin America (LATAM): $20,000 - $35,000 USD per year
  • Southeast Asia (e.g. Philippines, Vietnam): $15,000 - $30,000 USD per year
  • Africa: $15,000 - $25,000 USD per year
