Service Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creating, updating, and maintaining SAP sales orders for the Product Service Line (PSL) Service Coordinator.

Your primary responsibilities will include minimizing pending sales orders of the day, supporting Service Coordinators through specific order processing for payment, plant maintenance, and data entry, as well as reconciling daily stock commitments.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving order issues for SAP payment, collaborating with resource planners to maintain scheduling accuracy and dispatch of jobs in SAP, and working with resource planners, plant maintenance, and accounting teams to resolve scheduling issues.

Additionally, you will create requisitions as needed and support processing and transfer of costs to sales orders or Mobile Business Unit (MBU).

Required Skills:

  • Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related fields
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Active registration with the relevant council (CFT / CRA / equivalents)
