Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Opportunity

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure. Key responsibilities include automating cloud provisioning with Terraform, deploying on Kubernetes using Helm, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, designing infrastructure for data lakes and ETL pipelines, contributing to security best practices, incident response, and disaster recovery planning, and implementing advanced security measures including IAM policies, VPC design, and encryption.

  • Design robust systems that scale and secure the platform used by 95,000+ businesses to optimize productivity and workforce operations.
  • Tackle complex infrastructure and security challenges at scale using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure secure and reliable systems.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing scalable Linux-based environments.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience building, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of databases and caching layers (PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Autonomy, self-motivation, adaptability.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with fully remote, distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Knowledge of serverless services (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Exposure to data lakes and ETL pipelines.
