As a dynamic and proactive professional, you will play a key role in supporting the management and execution of strategic initiatives.

This role emphasizes technology and information systems, requiring solid experience across the entire project lifecycle-from initial planning to final delivery-alignment with industry best practices and corporate governance standards.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Support the development of standardized project methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Governance & Information Systems:

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating requirement gathering and system implementation.
  • Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations, including integration with platforms.

Agile Practices & Team Collaboration:

  • Apply Agile frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous value creation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate on team management, supporting resource allocation, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.

Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
