Senior Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Architect to lead the lifecycle management of our CRM platform. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will recommend and articulate optimal solutions, explain trade-offs, and propose innovative approaches for both existing and emerging challenges within CRM and its integrations.
The Salesforce Solution Architect will own and manage the data architecture, supporting robust reporting and analytics. They will design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals and best practices. Additionally, they will lead integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and data tools.
Key Responsibilities- Define and enforce development standards, governance policies, and architectural best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system speed, scalability, and usability.
- Oversee development of custom components, including Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party tools and plugins to enhance platform functionality.
- Stay current with releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- CPQ Specialist preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CRM, application development, cloud architecture, or related fields.
- 10+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, with at least 6 years focused on solution architecture or development.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives with cross-functional teams.
