Cybersecurity Solutions Expert

The role of a Cybersecurity Solutions Expert is to drive compelling demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) showcasing our security automation capabilities, integration with third-party services for optimization, and helping customers understand how to lower their time to identify and contain threats.

A strong passion for customer success is critical to this role, and collaboration within a radial web organization is essential. You will be able to listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate a solution.

  • You will provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain an ongoing customer relationship.
  • Ongoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customers are also crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision and contribute to enhancing the quality of service and efficiency by sharing best practices with other colleagues.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or a combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and Systems.
  • Experience working with various Microsoft/Linux software and systems is highly valued.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as solid multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients.
  • Knowledge of Anti-malware, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, File Integrity Monitoring, Email and Web Security, Syslog, SIEM solutions is necessary.
  • Understanding of MITRE Attack Framework and/or security operations center (SOC) functions is beneficial.
