Process Specialist - Registration & Verification Team

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Process Specialist to join our Registration & Verification team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient registration processes to reduce friction points in the seller onboarding journey.

This role combines process design expertise with business acumen to streamline our seller registration experience and drive marketplace growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Compliance) to implement process improvements and own and analyze key performance metrics, translating process efficiency into measurable business impact.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining tracking mechanisms for continuous process optimization and leading stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will design, assist in implementation, and track efficiency of Registration-related processes in BR. You will drive programmatic short-term solutions while working with the program team on long-term plans for fixes and improvements.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from streamlining registration processes to implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • Experience managing reporting and analysis
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA
