Job Description

As a Network Supply Planner, you will be responsible for developing integrated supply networks for respective technologies and sites, establishing methodologies to manage production capacity based on forecasted demand, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs, leading SLOB processes and corrective actions, and mitigating service risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with GBS, customer care, demand planning, raw material planning, and planning streams/systems to ensure service level to customers.
• Optimize supply network; balance capacity and inventory across the supply network.
• Propose and drive processes/ways of working for more efficiency and reduced cost.
• Review slow moving and obsolete inventory, manage reserve projections, and drive inventory policies and planning parameters.
• Develop and improve reports and tools, monitor critical supply constraints, and escalate supply issues.
• Product life cycle management; review changes to existing business, new/lost business, and review formulation changes to mitigate risk.
• Contribute to transfers within the region and across regions, follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines, and best-practice on relevant areas including Safety.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge in planning, preferably has experience with demand, supply, and production escalations, allocation programs, capacity balancing.
• Working knowledge of BI, BO.
• Thorough understanding and experience with SAP.
• Language skills: English and other language(s) as required.
• Project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Min 2 years in the industry (flavor, ingredient or fragrance industry).
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, Planning processes, and supply chain best practices (i.e. APICS, continuous improvement certifications...)

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
