Loja Inventory Specialist

Descrição do Cargo:
Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha responsabilidade e se preocupe com a organização e atualização dos estoques das nossas lojas. Isso inclui manter os produtos catalogados, controlar as quantidades em estoque, identificar e justificar qualquer diferença no estoque e conferir os estoques recebidos nas lojas.
Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Manter registros atualizados de contratos de vendas;
- Controle de abastecimento de materiais e merchandising;
- Gerenciar serviços gerais da Loja (segurança, limpeza, correios);
- Elaborar etiquetas e cartões de preços dos exibidores;
- Realizar relatórios de manutenção de equipamentos demonstrativos (alarmes);
- Realizar relatórios de manutenção geral da Loja, pagamento de serviços e faturas;
- Executar contagens diárias dos estoques para atender as datas planejadas pelos inventários cíclicos;
- Preparar relatórios diários/semanal/mensal com todas as devoluções recebidas nas lojas e por qual motivo ocorreram;
- Garantir que o estoque indisponível na loja seja sempre próximo a zero, transferindo-os periodicamente para os CDS;
- Zelar pela segurança nos estoques com restrição da área de estocagem a pessoas não autorizadas;
- Garantir a cobertura de estoque dentro da meta estabelecida pelo canal;
- Conferência integral dos estoques recebidos nas lojas;
- Identificação e justificativa de toda e qualquer diferença no estoque.
