Relocation Consultant

At SIRVA, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relocation Junior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our relocation services team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of local destination service programs based on our clients' policies and benefits.

• Administer and manage the relocation process for assignees and their families from pre-decision to arrival and ongoing support management.
• Coordinate with internal consultants, 3rd party providers, and designated assignees to ensure successful assignee experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and expatriate issues, including housing markets, international schools, recreation, health issues, public transportation, and more.
• Develop and maintain inventories of SIRVA Relocation reference materials for the Expatriate Welcome Kit.
• Build and maintain relationships with international schools and stay up-to-date on school curriculums.
• Provide education and support to assignees and internal consultants on minor relocation issues.
• Work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System.

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate, relocation, human resources, and/or accounting or finance.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, with experience in living abroad and/or communicating with all levels of employees and across cultures.
• Fluent English speaker plus one or more languages.
• Strong customer service background with ability to build relationships and proven skills in project and service partner management.
• Team player and self-starter with initiative and drive.
