Job Title: AI Solution Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and proactive AI Solution Developer with expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI integrations).

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.
  • Developing custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Optimizing and fine-tuning AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
  • Providing technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist Now Assist AI Specialist.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
