We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to support lead generation for Brazil. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market segmentation, strategy planning, and execution experience in digital campaigns.

This position will involve creating and reviewing content, designs, messages for Portuguese campaigns, requesting approvals, and managing purchase orders related to these campaigns.

The successful candidate will work closely with the performance agency allocated in Brazil to track and follow up on lead generation campaigns results. They will also collaborate with the global NetSuite Marketing team to support demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on marketing metrics and lead generation results and conversion.
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns to drive NetSuite strategy and results.
  • Developing and implementing social organic calendar by month.
  • Leveraging new vendors to drive lead generation for Brazil.
  • Collaborating with global teams to align with global NetSuite Marketing goals.
  • Campaign Planning connecting all pieces in collaboration with Regional Marketing.
  • Maintaining corporate alignments in digital campaigns.
  • Sales Communications: Aligning marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Requesting Purchase orders, compliance approvals, and operative process required to execute each campaign.
  • Supporting channel team with marketing-related topics.
  • Collaborating with paid search corporate team to guarantee campaign results for Brazil.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years in Software/Technology marketing or marketing B2B.
  • Digital Campaigns, Field, or channel marketing background helpful.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across teams.
  • Able to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential.
  • Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated.
  • Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes.
  • Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required.
  • A keen attention to detail is highly preferred.
  • Strong organization project management and communication skills are required.
  • Expertise in modern marketing best practices.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent English and basic Spanish (nice to have).
  • Able to work on a cross-regional team and with remote management.
