Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Governance Professional to oversee our digital governance and processes on a global scale. This key role involves driving a governance framework and ensuring adherence to governance standards and organizational objectives within our global structure.

This position requires a deep understanding of digital governance, along with strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders, enabling business value creation.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing governance frameworks and working with both technical and business teams, as well as a background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding of Governance Principles: The ability to make strategic decisions and balance technical and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, policy management tools, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Global Compliance Standards: Familiarity with data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards.
