The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agriculture and at least 4 years of experience in propagation and flower farm management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing horticulture strategies to improve crop yields and quality
  • Coordinating with suppliers to source high-quality seeds and materials
  • Monitoring and maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure
