We are seeking an experienced and results-focused Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high operational standards.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, overseeing store operations, and implementing visual merchandising standards. They will also be skilled in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff to meet sales and service goals.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
4. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
5. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the branding team to organize online and offline sales campaigns.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Retail Store Operations Manager for mobile phone or other 3C product, 1 year and above.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
