The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems and experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations are also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that impact business processes and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather data requirements from stakeholders, documenting them to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, supporting better business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ensuring smooth data flows between systems and business processes.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work with international clients and technical teams.
- Experience with Tableau for creating reports and visualizations is a bonus.
