
Director of Technical Customer Support Focused Services

We are seeking a Director to lead our Technical Customer Support team in delivering high-touch services to our largest and most strategic customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex, multi-product services engagements and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global service team in delivering outcome-based support engagements
- Collaborate with account teams, engineering, and customer success to create long-term support strategies
- Develop and implement training programs for service delivery leaders
- Establish internal and external reporting cadence by monitoring and responding to key KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and technical customer support
- 5+ years of senior leadership or managerial experience
- Customer-facing services delivery experience, preferably in a technology company
- Proven ability to build excellent client relationships
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
