Business Development Analyst Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market research.
About the Job
  • The Business Development Analyst will work closely with our coffee sourcing team to identify new opportunities for expansion and develop relationships with green coffee providers in South and Central America.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers and origins to gather information about coffee events.
  • Communicate effectively with coffee providers to obtain necessary information, including pricing, farm information, and product details.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with green coffee providers in South and Central America.
  • Manage preparation of offerlists and commercial documents related to coffee sourcing.
  • Assist logistics team in managing transportation and freight-related communication.
  • Travel to coffee origins and farms in South and Central America to build sourcing network.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
