About this Position:

This is a leadership role that oversees regional forecasting efforts, driving demand planning and integrating insights from various functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain demand planning, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for short- and long-term horizons.
  • Lead a team responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, and preparing forecast data.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model.
  • Utilize collaboration and consensus approach to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
  • Identify significant variances to prior forecasts for discussion during the monthly IBP demand review process.
  • Maintain Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool and develop required reporting.
  • Generate demand planning scenarios during strategic planning process.
  • Interface with Commercial and Customer Fulfillment Teams to incorporate customer-provided forecasts into the Consensus plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business, or related field.
  • Solid experience in supply chain demand planning.
  • Forecasting and analytical expertise.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strategic and scenario planning.
  • Utilization of advanced planning systems.
  • Advanced level of English.
