About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java development, including Java 8 and later versions
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot and related frameworks
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
