Job Description:

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be the focal point for initiatives across our various categories, including 99Plus, 99electric-Pro, 99Taxi, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor operations, provide performance insights, and design passenger profile segmentation strategies tailored to each category.

  • Design data-driven solutions to drive business growth
  • Develop pricing strategies to optimize demand and supply engagement
  • Lead a multidisciplinary squad to deliver operational insights and foster strategic discussions
  • Support ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, PR, Product, and B2B teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
