Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our servers, configuring them before deployment, and remotely assisting clients in installing and troubleshooting their systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management: You will configure our servers using our OS system, executing necessary commands and recording details in our inventory.
  • Technical Assistance: You will assist clients in installing servers, guiding them through the process, conducting in-depth analyses of camera systems and network architectures, and configuring systems to meet client needs while ensuring compatibility with the RTSP protocol.
  • Problem Resolution: You will analyze server-related issues and deploy solutions to ensure smooth system operation, performing preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
  • Ticket Management: You will use our ticketing tools to track client requests efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor server performance using graphical software (Grafana) and ensure optimal operation.
  • Customized Solutions: You will configure our system based on each client's specific needs, providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • You are comfortable communicating in Portuguese and English with international teams.
  • You have a genuine interest in IT and strong technical knowledge.
  • You can work autonomously and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • You have experience working with networks.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • You have similar experience in a startup ecosystem.
  • You have experience in IP network configuration.
  • You are based in Sao Paulo, Brazil for meetings and related activities.
