Business Development Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and proactively managing projects and contracts in conjunction with sales centers in South America. Your goal will be to increase the participation of the division in the region's businesses.


The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Proactively generate and execute plans to expand the division's participation in the region's businesses;
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales activities, identifying and aligning forecasts based on project pipelines and contracts;
  • Work together with the marketing team to develop new business strategies and opportunities;
  • Maintain and support sales centers throughout the project lifecycle, from development to execution;
  • Technically support sales centers in project specification and development;
  • Provide project pipeline forecast reports;
  • Analyze reports, management charts, historical data, and other relevant information to develop contracts with sales centers;
  • Support colleagues from sales centers in commercial negotiations and price agreements;
  • Develop relationships with sales centers, proposing contracts for specific industries and customers;
  • Develop contract development plans;
  • Pose technical optimizations in projects and contracts to increase manufacturing ratios;
  • Support internal sales teams with daily demands;

Requirements/Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Completed education or studying in engineering, marketing, or related fields (e.g., marketing, administration);
  • Technical training in instrumentation, automation, or electronics will be beneficial;
  • Advanced English language skills (mandatory);
  • Spanish language skills are desirable;
  • Office software proficiency;
  • SAP user experience;
  • SalesForce user experience;
  • Availability to work onsite at Itatiba/SP.
