About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational System Specialist to join our team at ADITEK DO BRASIL LTDA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in product management and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new functionalities of MTS 2.0, ensuring seamless adoption by users.
- Ensure the daily operation and maintenance of MTS 2.0, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collect iteration requirements for MTS 2.0, summarizing key points and collaborating with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a product manager or operational support specialist for B-end systems like ERP CRM.
- Proven experience in training for functionalities of B-end systems, with a focus on user engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong self-learning ability, with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
- A high sense of responsibility towards job duties, with a commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately R$80,000 - R$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
